Terms and Conditions

Please make sure to read the terms and conditions below before using our service.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the home massage services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by [Business Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). By making a reservation or using the Service, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Area)

The Service shall be provided exclusively within the following areas:
* Makati City
* Bonifacio Global City（BGC）
* Mandaluyong City
The Provider shall not accept service requests outside the above-listed areas unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Article 2 (Transportation Fees)

Transportation fees shall apply as follows, depending on the Customer’s location:
- Within Makati City: 100 PHP
- BGC area: 150 PHP
- Mandaluyong City: 200 PHP
The Customer acknowledges that arrival times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s control. The Provider shall not be held liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.

Article 3 (Reservation Method)

Reservations for the Service shall be made through one of the following communication platforms:
- Facebook
- Messenger

- WhatsApp
* Telegram
- SMS
The Customer shall use the designated reservation template and provide all required information accurately.

Article 4 (Payment Terms)

Service fees shall be paid prior to the commencement of the massage session by one of the following methods:
- Cash
- GCash
If payment cannot be confirmed, the Provider may refuse to begin the Service.

Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)

In the event the Customer wishes to cancel a reservation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Cancellation on the day before the reservation: 50% of the service fee
Cancellation on the same day as the reservation: 100% of the service fee
Repeated no-show or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future reservations.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

The Customer shall not engage in any of the following acts:
* Requesting or suggesting any form of sexual service
* Engaging in sexual behavior, inappropriate physical contact, or indecent acts
* Exhibiting violence, intimidation, threats, or any behavior that endangers the therapist
* Receiving the Service while excessively intoxicated
* Any act that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
If any prohibited act is confirmed, the Provider may immediately terminate the session and permanently refuse any future use of the Service. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.

Article 7 (Refusal or Suspension of Service)

The Provider may refuse to begin or may suspend the Service under the following circumstances:
- The service environment is deemed unsanitary or inappropriate
- The safety of the therapist cannot be adequately ensured
- The Customer engages in any prohibited act described in Article 6
- The reservation contains false or misleading information
- The Provider shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such refusal or suspension.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Provider shall not be liable for any physical discomfort, pain, injury, or health issues occurring during or after the massage session.
The Provider shall not be held responsible for any accidents, damages, or losses caused by the Customer’s negligence or misconduct.
The Provider shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time when deemed necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect once posted on the Provider’s website or otherwise made publicly available.

Article 10 (Governing Law)

Unless otherwise stipulated, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
